After 100 days in Mexican prison, Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi to get day
in court

On his 101st day in captivity in Mexico, Marine Sgt. Andrew
Tahmooressi will finally get his day in court Wednesday before a
federal judge in Tijuana.

Because of delays prompted by both Mexico's unpredictable legal system
and Tahmooressi's trouble settling on a lawyer, the hearing will be
the first time a judge gets to hear directly from the 26-year-old
veteran of two tours in Afghanistan. Although his new lawyer is urging
caution, Tahmooressi's mother said the family hopes federal Judge
Victor Octavio Luna Escobedo will free him.

"Andrew expressed his hope to be released on Wednesday as the judge
will hear his statement and conclude non-intentional approach of the
U.S.A.- Mexico border," Jill Tahmooressi said.

I did not cite Salon.com or the http://www.theroot.com/ both
propaganda sites. I posted a cite that had the information mostly
correct.

Now do you have anything on the article that is incorrect Gary?

Doubt it.

"mostly"?

Faux snooze has NO corporate journalistic standards they conform to.

Whether or not they are "mostly" true---they have no qualms, no
guidlines,---nothing to prevent them from airing anything that is true

Latest is the Mendendez lies they promoted as factual---all false

They shovel Benghazi, IRS and anti-Obama shit day after day without
ANY credible backng of facts or evidence

You citing a story from Faux is worthless

As for MSNBC, CNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN---they have stringent
corporate standards all news and journalists must follow.

Salon also has standards they maintain that require them to only
promote things that are factual.

Yes, Salon leans toward liberal/progressive in OPINION

It does not deliberately alter, slant, or air lies as "news" like faux
CAN do.
